Welcome to Judi789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Judi789 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at judi789.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations from which the Platform is accessed.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Judi789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Judi789 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by Judi789.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Judi789 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other distinguishing information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure without notice.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. Judi789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to adequately safeguard their credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16.

As part of our KYC process, Judi789 may request documentary verification including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Judi789 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform shall at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment, and you acknowledge that the Platform is designed for recreational use only and not as a primary source of income or financial investment.

Judi789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including in respect of specific games, betting markets, payment methods, or promotional features. Judi789 shall not be liable for any disruption to service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• All times displayed on the Platform are in Malaysia Standard Time (MYT, UTC+8) unless otherwise stated.
• All monetary values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has elected an alternative supported currency, where applicable.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, the integrity of which is subject to periodic independent auditing.
• Sports betting results are determined by official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. Judi789's resolution of disputed results shall be final and binding.

Judi789 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's banking section.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Judi789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by Judi789 in accordance with the following principles:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals subject to pending bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Judi789 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal requests. Actual processing times may vary based on the payment method selected, volume of pending requests, and any compliance review requirements.
• Judi789 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed prescribed thresholds or that trigger internal risk management alerts, which may result in extended processing times.

Judi789 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated herein by reference.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to individual players only. Each player is eligible for each bonus offer once, unless the promotion expressly provides otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified within each promotion.
• Judi789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to active accounts at the time of withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures, including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not fulfilled wagering requirements are classified as bonus winnings and are subject to the same wagering requirements as the original bonus.
• Judi789's interpretation of bonus terms in disputed cases shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 16.

All wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules prior to placing any wager.

In respect of sports betting, including markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions, the following general rules apply:

• Bets accepted prior to the commencement of a sporting event are settled on the basis of the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport.
• In-play bets are accepted at Judi789's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event, including as a result of a technical issue, injury, or other live development.
• Judi789 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets. These limits are determined by Judi789's internal risk management criteria and may vary by event, market, and account history.

For casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and instant games, game outcomes are produced by certified RNG engines. Judi789 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in live dealer or poker environments.
• Attempting to launder funds, exploit payment processing systems, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Judi789 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting activities designed to systematically extract bonus funds or guaranteed profits from the Platform.

All content on the Judi789 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, branding, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Judi789 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted no rights in respect of the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment as described in Section 5. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Judi789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Judi789 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

Judi789's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Judi789 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Access to the Platform may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or reasons beyond Judi789's reasonable control.

Judi789 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the Platform's built-in responsible gambling tools.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a specified timeframe.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended voluntary exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and will result in account closure. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact our support team directly.

Judi789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Judi789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with the Account.
• The User has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Judi789 is required to take action by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account notification requirements.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than User breach, Judi789 will return any verified real-money balance to the User via the original deposit method where practicable. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon Account closure, whether voluntary or otherwise.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the Judi789 support team via the contact details in Section 16. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Judi789 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Judi789, the User is encouraged in the first instance to raise the matter directly with our support team, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution. Judi789 is committed to addressing all complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by Judi789 from time to time. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Judi789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email, Platform notification, or prominent posting on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Judi789 recommends that Users review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version in effect. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available upon request by contacting our support team.

Formal complaints may be submitted in writing via email. Judi789 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, the complainant will be notified of the expected resolution timeframe.
